In no event shall CE Cosmetics LLC be liable for any direct, indirect, special, punitive, incidental, exemplary or consequential, damages, or any damages whatsoever, even if CE Cosmetics LLC has been previously advised of the possibility of such damages, whether in an action under contract, negligence, or any other theory, arising out of or in connection with the use, inability to use, or performance of the information, services, products, and materials available from this site. These limitations shall apply notwithstanding any failure of essential purpose of any limited remedy. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitations may not apply to you.

Shipping Agreement

All orders placed and shipped within the United States are eligible for free shipping. Standard shipping orders are shipped in 7-14 BUSINESS DAYS. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. All United States standard shipping orders will be shipped via USPS. Please call to place International, APO orders or rush orders. Shipping charges will apply to all international orders.

Prior to returning merchandise to Genus, you must contact us for preauthourization within 7 days from receipt of the merchandise. You must call or e-mail Genus and receive a RMA # that must be prominently recorded on the outside of the packaging or box near the shipping label. A copy of the packing slip or invoice must accompany all returns, with a note stating your exchange. The returned merchandise must be contained in its original box and the tags must be attached. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the returned merchandise, and Genus will pay for any return shipment back to the customer.

We highly recommend that all customers insure returned merchandise for loss protection purposes. Genus will not be responsible for any exchanged merchandise that is lost in transit. Genus fully reserves all rights to refuse any exchanges if the product appears to be altered, damaged or used in any way.

Returns accepted after 7 days will be subject to a 30% restocking fee.
